Welcome to Nua Group
We believe that building a strong and diverse team is a simple key to being a world class consulting firm. Clients follow top talent, not the firms that employ them. With that in mind, we set out to create a culture that would attract the best people in the business.
Our promise
We offer interesting and challenging work.
You’ll apply your knowledge and creative thinking to help companies design better programs for their employees, solve problems, and offer the best solutions that truly make a difference. Read more about the business challenges we help companies address.
We think differently about measuring success.
Say goodbye to performance ratings, sales targets, and billable hour goals - we have found that these measurement systems simply do not work. They don't motivate people, they can lead to unproductive behaviors - and perhaps most importantly, they align with the firm’s success, not the client's. The only individual performance metric we use is client satisfaction. All other incentives are team-based.
We reward our employees well for their hard work.
We believe the best people should be rewarded well and share success through profit sharing and/or ownership opportunities.
What you can expect
Take pride in being an independent advisor.
Our independence as a firm and as trusted advisors to our clients is fundamental. We will never ask our people to sell our own or third party products to our clients. We believe in removing all real and perceived conflicts of interest so that the best advisors are always free to tell clients what they think.
Allow work to fit into your life.
We tailor our roles around outstanding consultants and the schedules that work for them.
Have fun!
We believe in enjoying our work and having fun spending time with colleagues. This cannot be forced or contrived. Fun committees do not work. We don’t intend to have company picnics (never say never, but you know what we mean!). We like things like impromptu happy hours, catching a ball game, or taking a day trip outside the city. Most importantly, we like to laugh at work and not take ourselves too seriously.
